Located in the iconic Palm Jumeirah, this apartment—featuring two master suites and a guest room—is designed as a sanctuary of 'Warm Minimalism.' My work focused on the living area, where I integrated fluid marble surfaces and yacht-inspired wood textures to create a seamless connection with the harbor and sea views outside. By combining clean, architectural lines with hidden functionality, the space offers a sophisticated yet simple atmosphere tailored for a high-end rental apartment. It is a design where the interior's quiet luxury perfectly frames the vibrant energy of the Dubai coastline
